Priyanka started her career as an IT consultant after finishing her Engineering Degree in India, where she has always been very active in public speaking and raising awareness of women’s right to education. In 2016 she moved to Finland to work for a client and later, in 2019, she co-founded BusinessWiz.
During her years working in the corporate sector as a technology professional, Priyanka worked with diverse individuals across the globe. These experiences led her to identify a huge gap within the organizations in understanding the basics of managing diverse individuals and building an inclusive workplace culture. For this reason, she was inspired to raise awareness around these topics as a public speaker and to find her own path to fulfil her vision: building inclusive societies. After three years of networking, experimenting, learning, and actively speaking about Diversity & Inclusion across Finland, she finally decided to launch BusinessWiz to help companies on their journey to Diversity & Inclusion.
In addition, Priyanka is one of the founding members and Secretary of Board for International Working Women of Finland Ry, the Vice-President and Helsinki city-ambassador of the European Digital Society Association, and the Vice-President of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) India Finland Council.

Samuli has been working in the construction field for over half of his life. Along the road he became an engineer and saw the field from many perspectives and roles.. He has been leading diverse teams that have people from many nationalities for over 10 years. As a young leader it has been vital to use modern leadership methods in order to be successful and develop himself as a leader and a person. Today he is a director of a construction company called Nurminen Works Oy. He has direct vision into the leadership structures of Finnish companies and helps BusinessWiz provide a concrete approach to turning diversity into an asset.
He saw the mismanaging up close and the problems it causes, and decided to found BusinessWiz with Priyanka. He believes diversity and inclusion is one of the key factors between successful and unsuccessful companies.
