The Process

Explore the best possible solution for your requirements by booking a free call with our D&I expert. Once the requirements are finalized and the quote is approved, we move on to the next phase.

We design the survey based on your requirements. The survey design is then discussed and approved by the company representative.

Your internal communications team prepares the launch of the survey by internal communications and marketing, with or without our help. The aim is to receive maximum response to get a clear picture of the company. The survey is then launched internally for a period of 2-4 weeks, as we previously agreed.

Once the survey is closed, we will analyse the survey results across demographics and dimensions. We customize to provide intersectional reporting and to give you a holistic picture of your organization. Within the report, we provide easy to understand highlights and key findings, along with recommendations.

Our D&I expert will walk you through the results of the survey for a better understanding and highlight the hotspots to take action on.
6.
We provide a detailed D&I planning workshop to your team. The goal is to map out the next steps and address the key findings in the survey. We recommend going forward with the Qualitative Inclusion survey and, based on the company requirements, this step can be customized.

Final D&I Plan Ready and time for ACTION

Based on the final D&I plan, the D&I survey is taken forward with the qualitative survey, which includes individual interviews, focussed group interviews and observations.
